When you challenge someone You will need to pm him first . when you did that also send a the same pm towards an admin. The person you are challenging must be active if he hasn't been for along time with out saying he will lose his rank and somebody ells can take over.

If he is active and you made the topic . And he didn't post with in 48 hours or he rejected the challenge he will also lose his rank.
